藍牙運動耳機TELEC認證，日本無線認證TELEC

　　telec認證簡介：

　　《無線電法》要求，對的無線電設備進行型號核準（即技術法規符合性認證）。認證是強制性的，認證機構為mic在無線電設備范圍認可的注冊認證機構。telec（telecom engineeringcenter）是日本無線電設備符合性認證的主要的注冊認證機構。

　　telec(mic)認證類型：

　　telec(mic)認證包括測試認證(test certification)和型式認證(type certification)。測試認證是針對每一個設備單元進行驗證，該認證只對每一個經過了驗證的設備單元有效；型式認證是指對同樣設計和制造的一批設備的樣品進行驗證，該認證對該批設備都有效，但如果設備的設計或制造發生了改變，設備將需要重新認證。值得注意的是，對于非低功率無線電站及其終端設備的使用需要向mic申請執照。此外，對于電信終端設備的符合性認證分兩種情況：對于普通電話裝置，只要按電信事業法要求進行jate認證；對于無線的終端設備，除了需要按電信事業法要求進行jate認證外，還需要按無線電法要求進行telec認證。

　　telec認證需要提交的資料：

　　(1)技術型號規格表（technical type specification form）

　　(2)質量申明管理系統（declaration of quality management system）

　　(3)質量證書的控制批準方法或者iso9001證書（letter of quality control confirmation methodormanufacturer’s iso 9001 certificate）

　　(4)結構保護批準證書（letter of construction protection confirmation）

　　(5)宣稱的額定功率（rated power declaration）

　　(6)天線報告（antenna report）

　　(7)測試報告（test reports (including test results, test setup photos and examinations carried out)）

　　(8)(block diagram, schematic diagram, bill of material, parts placement, ic data sheets, internal and external photos, product deion, user manual,operational/technical deion, deion of pheripherals/accessories)

　　(9)標簽信息（label information(label location, label content)）

　　說明：

　　1.所有遞交的文檔建議為日文文檔，英文文檔也可被接受。測試報告可以用當地測試機構所用語言。

　　2.telec是日本針對無線產品的強制性認證，有些類似于國內的srrc。其遵循的是日本的電波法。具體的測試規范則是遵循mic（日本總務?。﹏otice no.88法規。

　　3.wifi和bluetooth產品其的測試項目基本上與歐標的en300 328類似。其中2.4ghz wifi產品（802.11b/g，2412~2472 mhz）和bluetooth產品使用的標準為mic notice no.88 annex43，但是對于2.4ghz wifi產品的14信道（channel 14：2471 ~ 2497mhz）則需要單使用annex44進行測試和出具報告。

　　4.對于5ghz wifi產品（802.11a，5180~5320mhz，w52 band和w53 band）遵循的測試標準為annex45，但是需要注意的是，資料顯示，mic近期將會修改annex45，將5.6ghz設備（band w56）也歸入annex45，并且對band 56頻段有更加嚴格的dfs測試要求。

　　2.4g產品telec認證需要提交的資料：

　　1. 整機原理圖（system block diagram ）

　　2. 整機方框圖（system schematic ）

　　3. 使用說明書（user manual）

　　4. 操作說明（operational deion）

　　5. bom表

　　6. 模塊原理圖（module schematic ）

　　7. 模塊方框圖（module block diagram ）

　　8. 模塊規格書（module specification）

　　9. 工廠iso9001證書（iso 9001 certificate of manufacturer）

　　10.label以及位置圖（label location label sample drawing photos）

　　11.天線規格書（antenna specification）：包括天線名稱、天線形式，天線大增益、天線量測圖、天線外觀以及尺寸圖。

　　telec認證流程：

　　wlan,bluetooth產品的telec認證

　　telec認證周期

　　telec認證周期為3-4周。
